Posh, modern bungalow on Chancery.
First house I lost sleep over so a whole page dedicated to it wiould be just nice, I thought...
With a guard outpost, huge basement that's about 3,000sqft(that is about as large as some of the smaller clubs in Singapore). Within this house is contained that very much-hyped "swanky Manhattan-style bar". Am not in command enough of my digicam to switch on the flash(that is how technically incompetent I am so this website is something of a mini miracle). Was therefore, not able to capture the dim lighting that created the hip, underground club atmosphere of the basement. |

Staircases leading up to the bedrooms have a warmer dark wood and natural stone combination
A whole room serves as a walk-in wardrobe. Consistent use of the same dark wood doors, white marble flooring and natural stone. |

What I loved about this house was its combination of modern architectural ideas and its sincere effort to incorporate elements of nature and its surroundings. The balance between greenery, water features and hard indistrial materials, I thought to be perfect. |
Waterfall overlooking the bar area
Wanted to capture the velocity of the waterfall but I guess I was overestimating my photographic skills and the ability of my digicam. Somehow water at a high velocity entrances and excites me. Excellent backdrop for an entertainment area. |

Pavilion in the pool area
Dont really like the idea of floating pavilions being boxed up in glass all over. Thought the open concept of this pavilion was excellent. Could not find a single fault with this house-generates every single positive emotion within me every time. |
